U of A Nordic
We offer athlete training to both cross-country skiers and biathletes of many ages ranging from youth athletes to university students to alumni and community members.
Welcoming all skiers to learn, train, and explore Alberta's ski trails
The University of Alberta Nordic Academy was founded in Edmonton, Alberta, in 2012 and consists of current secondary and post-secondary students as well as alumni and community members that come together to train and race. U of A Nordic attends local loppets, Alberta Cup races, and Canadian Ski Nationals. The club offers lessons to a wide variety of age groups with several age- and ability-based categories of athletes from children to adults.

Join Us On the Trails
Training generally begins with dryland workouts in September, moving onto the trails when they are ready for skiing. Programs continue through the Winter and wind down with the end of race season.
